Events & Workshops

Mini Masterpieces NYC, we strive to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for both children and parents. Please review the following policies regarding bookings, cancellations, and class expectations.

Bookings & Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are not eligible for a refund, but a class credit will be issued for future use.

• No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for refunds or class credits.

Pick-Up Policy

• Pick-up time is strictly at the scheduled time.

• A late pick-up fee of $5 per minute will be charged after a 5-minute grace period.

• Repeated late pick-ups may result in suspension from future bookings.

Potty Training Requirement

• For children ages 3-6, potty training is required.

• Staff will escort children to the restroom as needed but cannot assist them with the process.

• We are happy to help children wash their hands before returning to class.

• For younger age groups (2 and under), a caregiver must be present and is responsible for assisting with bathroom needs.

Class Credit Policy

• Class credits must be used within the same semester or credited toward the next semester.

• Credits cannot be carried over beyond the following semester.

General Policies

• Mini Masterpieces NYC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes as needed. In such cases, a full refund or class credit will be provided.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children arrive on time and are picked up promptly.

• We encourage a positive, inclusive, and creative learning environment. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from class at the instructor’s discretion.
